A site license covers multiple tenants and/or web applications plus test/acceptance environments. Site licenses need to be renewed on an annual basis.
For example, a site license for 4000 users corresponds with $0.40 per user per month.

How do I change the number of users for my Email Manager site license?
Inform SLIM Applications by email (sales@slimapplications.com) of the actual number of users before the current contract period expires. The amount due will then be based on the modified number of users.
